How long does the process take?
About 15 minutes, start to finish. We'll help you pick the perfect chain, fit it to your exact length, and weld the ends together for a smooth, clasp-free finish.
How can I remove permanent jewelry?
While it's made to be worn continuously, it comes off easily and safely with a pair of sharp scissors whenever you're ready.
What if my jewelry breaks?
We've got you covered. Your first repair is on us, and any repair after that is just $15 per reattachment.
What materials do you use?
We use only premium gold plated, gold-filled and solid gold chains. Gold-filled jewelry bonds a thick layer of real gold to a base metal, so you get the look and durability of solid gold at a friendlier price point — built for everyday wear.
