If you're unhappy with an in-store or online purchase, we will gladly accept your item in exchange for store credit within one week of purchase.
If your jewelry breaks, we offer a lifetime span of repairs - just bring back or ship your item to us and we will send it back to you as good as new. Please note that all shipping costs for any exchanges are not covered by May Martin, Inc.
