A NOTE ON ALLERGIES:

We use hypoallergenic metals to reduce irritation risk, but individual sensitivities vary. We cannot guarantee our products are allergen-free. Please review the listed materials to ensure they meet your needs


ONLINE ORDERS:

Our products are made to order and usually ship within 1-2 business days. Please select Priority Shipping at checkout and order will ship out the following business day.


IN-STORE PURCHASES:

Items purchased in-store at our Costa Mesa location can be exchanged within one week of purchase for store credit only. Items must be unworn and with original receipt.


ONLINE RETURNS:

Must be pre-authorized by contacting us at sales@maymartin.com within seven days of delivery and sent at the customer's expense. Once received, inspected and approved, your refund will be issued via the original form of payment within five business days.


We recommend purchasing Route Shipping Insurance for your order at checkout. We are not held responsible for damaged, stolen or lost items on international or domestic orders. If your package is lost, damaged or stolen during shipping, please file a claim with Route Shipping Insurance.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Please be aware that import duties, taxes, and handling fees are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for international orders. However, if Route Shipping Insurance is purchased at checkout, damage or loss claims can be filed through their service.

We do not refund or accept exchanges on international orders, except those with Route Shipping Insurance. Lost, damaged, or stolen international packages should be reported to Route Shipping Insurance as we cannot be held responsible.


REPAIRS:

At May Martin, we proudly stand behind the exceptional quality of our jewelry and offer free lifetime repairs. Due to limitations in replating, we regret that we cannot perform this service on gold items. Each repair request is carefully assessed. Please provide us with photographs of the item requiring repair for a preliminary evaluation. Once your piece is received, further evaluation will be conducted to determine the appropriate repair process. Only broken chains or clasps are eligible for free repair. If you wish to replace a chain, additional fees may apply depending on the piece. Please allow 7-10 business days for repairs to be completed and shipped. SHIPPING FOR RETURNS AND REPAIRS:

Pre-Authorization: Photographs of the item must be emailed to us at sales@maymartin.com before returning or shipping repairs.

Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for all shipping for returns and repairs, including original shipping fees, which are non-refundable. We encourage you to insure your package, as we won't be held responsible for damaged or lost items during transit.
Repair Timeline: Typically takes 7-10 business days for repairs to be completed and shipped back to customers.
Upon completion, an invoice will be issued for the return shipping, and the repaired item will be sent back once payment is received. Contact us prior to shipping repairs by emailing sales@maymartin.com or by visiting us in-store.
